When will my order be shipped and delivered?
Our warehouse fulfils orders Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends). If you place your order before midday we will generally pack and send it out the same day. If it is after midday it will go out the following day. Couriers vary with their delivery times but most will be delivered within the Auckland region in 2 working days but deliveries further down the country please allow 5 working days. If it is outside these timeframes please email us at email@example.com with your order number as the subject line
Does someone aged over 18 need to place the order and accept delivery?
In order to receive your delivery, you must ensure that a person over the age of 18 years, and not under the influence of alcohol, is available at the Delivery Point to accept your delivery. We reserves its rights to require its couriers to request the person accepting the delivery of suitable evidence of their age for verification purposes.
If suitable evidence of age is withheld or no person is present to accept delivery, the courier may refuse the release and delivery of an order. Such an event would be considered a failed delivery and would be subject to the normal procedure of failed deliveries for the courier company.
Please refer to our postal provider NZ Post with your tracking number for the most up to date information on your package. Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control. If you require further information on your package please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number in the subject line.
Despite our best efforts sometimes things will get damaged during the delivery process. Please let us know as soon as you can via email at email@example.com please quote your order number and supply a photo so we can pass it on to our logistics provider.
